The complex consists of 3 units with 20 apartments each, the apartments ranging from studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom apartments to modern penthouses with rooftop terraces.
The units are named after tree species typical for this part of Srem and Fruška Gora where Beška is situated. The above mentioned trees are also found in the Beška park itself.
The unit CHESTNUT has an underground garage with 28 parking spaces. The remaining 33 spaces are located in front of the units.
The commercial buildings (shop, café, bakery, restaurant, gallery etc.), situated at the very entrance to the complex will complete the coziness and quality of living.
The residential blocks are positioned so that each unit, and thus, each apartment, has a lot of sunlight and ventilation raising the quality of living which is our goal when building family oriented apartment blocks.
Each unit of this complex has two individual entrances and two elevators which guarantees an easier and faster vertical communication of residents.
The complex is also completely available to disabled residents since the access to each apartment is provided by a ramp with a slight slope and elevators.

During the construction, this object is going to be the place where we will present the apartments to You and answer Your questions.
The subsequent purpose of this object can be versatile.
Whether it will be a grocery store, a bakery or maybe a restaurant is yet to be decided, but its purpose will certainly fit the residents’ needs.
